A fantastic location, in a very nice setting. A good base for the Exmoor region. Great for children, our daughter had a great time at the cottage and within the grounds. Friendly and welcoming host. Lots of pets so good if you like animals. Our daughter enjoyed playing with the dogs and cats, ducks and chickens and feeding the horses. We would certainly recommend this location and would return ourselves.

We loved every minute. The cottage was nice and cosy in stunning surroundings, amd we loved having the animals around, all of which were friendly and just as welcoming as the owner Sue. Thanks Hoseasons and thanks again to Sue (cottage owner). I would recomend this to anyone who likes the real feel of the countryside and having piece and quiet. It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, but the M5 is just 15 to 20 minutes away.

We would really love to recommend this holiday to others, especially to families with small children. The dogs, cats, chickens and ducks that roamed around the garden were so tame and friendly, and our little yorkie enjoyed playing with them. If you are an animal lover then this is the place to stay. The welcome we had from the owner was wonderful, and the cream tea went down a treat after a long and tiring journey.
